Perfect Portions Atl,  LLC does not offer returns or refunds of any kind on any items or services offered on our website. This policy also applies to any pop up shop, marketplace event, or any other circumstance in which items and/or services are sold by Perfect Portions Atl,  LLC and it's affiliates.

Errors and issues

If you feel that you have made a mistake on your online order, please contact us within 24 hours and we may be able correct the item in question. This will not include a refund. Remember,  all sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Why no Refunds or Returns? You may ask...

Food items are perishable and for sanitation purposes,  we cannot serve food that has been in the possession of another client. 

Also, to entertain any kind of returns would incur additional costs which we would have to pass back to you, the client. Instead we ask that you check the items in your cart thoroughly,  before submitting your order.
